Ella Mae Calhoun Dinner

Ella Mae Calhoun Thanksgiving Dinner

The Missions and Deaconess Ministries collaborate together to provide meals to the community and members who are unable to prepare a home cooked meal for themselves. This event is one of the most exciting events the church participates in all year. We have several volunteers from all facets of the church who work together to cook, serve, and deliver plates to those who are most in need.

Children and Youth

Children and Youth Ministry

The Children’s Ministry of Lizzie Chapel Baptist Church is built upon the verse, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them for the kingdom belongs to such as these.” (Matthew 19:14) As a church we are committed to helping families connect their child with God through Jesus Christ.

The Children’s Ministry is focused on Jesus and having fun in the process. We are committed to partnering with parents in bringing children into a relationship with Jesus through Christ-centered classes, activities, trainings and resources. Working together we can allow God to transform our children into radical disciples of Jesus Christ.

Come join us as we:

  • Shepherd little lives
  • Share with Families
